Growing Stories with @growinggardensinoregon
⚡️A Q&A session with your friendly neighbourhood gardener
🌱Why are you passionate about growing your own herbs?
"I started because I have always been drawn to plant life of all types, starting with the family gardens."
🌱Were there any obstacles that you had to overcome?
"I struggled with finding an organic and gentle form of keeping the healthy "good for the garden" bugs like a few lady bugs while keeping the nasty fungus gnats away."
🌱What makes growing rewarding?
"I love being able to nurture, alter, and tie down the plants to see how quickly it bounces back up to the light source. In other words I love how quickly these plants grow."
🌱Favorite strain to cultivate?
"Banana Kush. The smell is so spot on to a banana smoothie."
🌱What growing tips do you have for the aspiring seedlings out there?
"One tip I have is to always be trying something new even if it's the smallest implement from trying LST to a whole new addition to your nutrient mix!"
